JOB SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership & oversight of solar, battery or other electrical installations and servicing
- Assume role of “Battery Specialist”, become familiar with all aspects of Tesla Powerwall (and other) installation & operations
- Performance of Quality Control inspections
- Quoting of specialty electrical & other work
LEADERSHIP ROLES
- Teach & coach about how to be a good electrician,
- Inspire top performance by sharing benefits of following shared principles
- Teach & coach, provide “checkouts” as they complete their “Professional Development Program”
- Strategize daily with management team, participate in strategy development to optimally deliver our product
Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and hand tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to plumb, build, and troubleshoot electrical systems
